Co-living Apartments
The 1743 Butler co-living apartment has been in construction for the past few months. The exterior metal facade has been installed, giving the uniform stucco surfaces a new dimension of texture. Exterior eave fascias are prepped for painting and the underside of eaves ready to accept clear stain cedar planks.
Guardrail mounts are anchored and ready to accept glass and railings next. The soft stippled texture of stucco converses with a muted metal panel system defined by the shadow lines form the corrugated ridges than exuberant color. Simple volumes defined by mass and accentuated by material changes.
The next months will see cabinet and furniture delivery, lighting fixtures installed, and eventually landscaping
